Fatal Crash Update: 33-Year-Old Identified As Victim In Trumbull A 33-year-old has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-car crash in Fairfield County. Anthony James Moran, of Bridgeport, was killed in the collision that occurred in Trumbull on Sunday, Oct. 15 around 3:30 p.m. on White Plains Road. 2 Busted For Drugs In Hudson Valley After Troopers Stop 'Suspicious' Car, Police Say A traffic stop of a "suspicious" vehicle led to the arrest of a Hudson Valley man and woman for alleged drug possession and driving under the influence of drugs. Dutchess County residents Robert W. Beebe, age 47, and Shannan Mead, age 33, both of Dover, were charged on Saturday, Oct. 14. According to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police, the two were in a 2006 Volkswagon Jetta matching the description of a reported "suspicious" vehicle. New Update: ID Released For 28-Year-Old Struck, Killed By Garbage Truck In Fairfield A United Carting employee who was hit and killed by the garbage truck he was working on in Fairfield County has been identified. Bryan Rodriguez, age 28, of Stratford, was killed around 7:13 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 11 in the area of Camfield Drive at Bloomfield Drive in Fairfield. CT Man Punches Officer In Face At Popular Bar, Police Say A Connecticut man was charged with assault after allegedly punching a police officer in the face after refusing to leave a popular axe-throwing bar. The incident took place in New Haven County on Friday, Oct. 13 in Milford at the Crazy Horse Axe Throwing Lounge on Bridgeport Avenue. Wanted: Woman At Large After Using Knife To Rob CT Stop & Shop Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help identifying a woman who allegedly attempted to rob a Stop & Shop with a knife. Know Him? Man Wanted For Damaging Car On Long Island Police on Long Island are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly damaged a vehicle last month. The incident took place in Port Jefferson on Thursday, Sept. 21 in the ShopRite parking lot on Nesconset Highway. Greenwich Home Invasion: Man Forces Way Into Residence With Children Inside A Fairfield County man is behind bars after allegedly vandalizing several cars and forcing his way into an apartment with people inside, including children.
