She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She attended Eastern Florida State College in Melbourne, Florida.

Busted, Again: Hudson Valley Man Caught Selling Drugs While In Diversion Program, Police Say A Hudson Valley man who was in a diversion program to avoid jail for selling narcotics in the region has been busted again for allegedly peddling drugs. Dutchess County resident Stefon Graham, age 33, of Beacon, was charged on a six-count indictment on Monday, Oct. 30 by a grand jury following an investigation by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris, of the task force, Graham allegedly continued to sell narcotics after his arrest by the Drug Task Force in August 2022. Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Paying Friend To Kill His Neighbor A Hudson Valley man has been charged with murder in the first- and second-degree for allegedly hiring another person to stab to death his neighbor. Orange County resident Enoch Lowe, age 25, of Wallkill, was arraigned in Orange County Court on Monday, Oct. 30 in connection with the Oct. 30, 2022, killing of his neighbor, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Body Found Floating Off Norwalk Coast Police are working to identify a man who was found floating in the Long Island Sound off the coast of Fairfield County. The incident took place in Norwalk on Sunday, Oct. 29 around 3:30 p.m. The Norwalk Police Marine Unit located and recovered the deceased individual, said Norwalk Police Sgt. Threat Of Bombs At Hudson Valley Mall Leads To Evacuation, Search, Police Say A busy Sunday at a mall in the region quickly turned to fear when officials began evacuating the building due to a bomb threat. The incident took place in Dutchess County at the Poughkeepsie Galleria on Sunday, Oct. 29 just before 2 p.m. Capt. Michael O'Dowd of the town of Poughkeepsie Police said 911 received a call reporting that bombs had been placed at the Galleria. Woman Nabbed For 'Cruelty To Persons' In New Canaan A 19-year-old Northern Westchester woman has been charged with "cruelty to persons" following an investigation in Fairfield County. Volunteer CT Firefighter Struck, Killed After Trunk-Or-Treat Event A 69-year-old volunteer Connecticut firefighter was killed when he was struck while crossing a dark roadway following a Halloween event.
