Westport Firefighters Will Help Santa Deliver Toys For Fundraiser WESTPORT, Conn. – Westport Uniformed Firefighters Charitable Foundation (WUFCF), which was formed earlier this year, will hold its inaugural fundraising event to coincide with the holiday season. On Friday Dec. 19, Saturday Dec. 20 and Sunday, Dec. 21, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each evening, Westport firefighters will be bringing Santa on a fire engine to neighborhoods within town to deliver gifts to children of all ages. Naugatuck Valley Community College To Triple Size Of Danbury Location DANBURY, Conn. -- Naugatuck Valley Community College announced plans to triple the size of the school's campus in downtown Danbury. The community college intends to lease a building owned by Joseph DaSilva Jr. at Main and West streets that has more than 20,000 square feet of space, according to a statement from school President Daisy Cocco De Filippis.
