The five-day, lane-closure-free period follows Gov. Andrew M. Briarcliff Manor Rotary Gives Dictionaries To Third-Graders BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Each year, Briarcliff Manor Rotary Club members stop by Todd Elementary School to hand out dictionaries to each third-grade student.
