Robert Terranova, 78, Of New Rochelle
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Robert Terranova, of New Rochelle, died Monday, Jan. 26. He was 78 years old.
Terranova was born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., by his parents Cono and Josephine. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps before meeting and marrying his wife of 49 years, Carol.
He is survived by his wife; his daughter, Barbara and her husband, Stephen Marciante; his three grandchildren; his sister; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Immacolata G. Percio, of Fairfield, beloved wife of Gerardo Percio, died Jan. 28. She was 86.
Born and raised in Volturara, Italy, Percio came to the United States with her husband and growing family in 1966. First settling in the Bronx, N.Y., they moved to Fairfield in 1994. She loved caring for her family and home. A devout Catholic, she was a member of Holy Family Church.

Nicoletta Murjahn, 85, Former Yonkers Resident
MAHOPAC, N.Y. -- Nicoletta M. Murjahn of Mahopac, formerly Yonkers, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the age of 85.
She was born on June 20, 1929, in the Bronx, the youngest of six children. She was the daughter of Vincenzo and Maria Concetta Gagliardi. She was a great cook, avid poker and lottery player and known for her gentle and kind nature.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Mooney and her husband, Michael, of Mahopac; and Audrey Napierkowski and her husband, Edward, of Patterson; her brother; her sister; and two grandsons.

William 'Dill' Rutherford, Of Norwalk, World War II Veteran
NORWALK, Conn. -- William "Dill" Rutherford, of Norwalk, husband of Jeanne Burr Rutherford, died Friday, Jan. 23, at Norwalk Hospital.
Born in Glenwood, Long Island, he was the son of Dill and Mary Ann Mulligan Rutherford. He was a resident of Darien and later resided in Norwalk for the last 65 years. Rutherford graduated from Darien High School and then served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. He later worked for CL&P, where he retired after a 42-year career.
