Angelina Tucci, 99, Former Harrison Resident
SILVER SPRINGS, Fla. -- Angelina (Angie) Tucci, formerly of West Harrison, died Saturday, Jan. 17 in Silver Springs, Fla. She was 99.
She was born April 10, 1915 in Brooklyn, to Theresa Spadafora and Americo Vincinanza. She married James V. Tucci on Oct. 12, 1940.
She is survived by her sons, James V. (Rose Ann) Tucci, Jr., and Frank (Joelle) Sparacia; her caring sisters; daughters-in-law; 13 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Mildred Swords Callahan of Bridgeport, beloved wife of John Callahan, died Monday Jan. 26. She was 93.
Born on July 25, 1921, in Bridgeport to Richard and Mary Monroe Swords, she married John in 1947 and was married for 15 years until his passing in 1962. She attended Central High School in Bridgeport, where she lived for most of her life, raising three children in Seaside Village, Bridgeport. Callahan had a passion for reading and she frequented the Fairfield Avenue Bridgeport library.

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Paraskevi P. Tambakos, of Tarrytown, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the age of 99.
Born in Greece on Feb. 15, 1915, she was the daughter of Peter and Georgia Kringas. She and her husband, Peter, ran Pete's Luncheonette in North Tarrytown for many years. She was an active member of the Church of Our Saviour in Rye.

Robert C. Saldis, 64, Of Sleepy Hollow
SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Robert C. Saldis, of Sleepy Hollow, died Tuesday, Jan. 27. He was 64.
Born in the Bronx on Aug. 19, 1950, he was the son of Francis and Margaret Saldis. Following college, Saldis worked at New York Telephone Co. as a draftsman, later became an outside plan engineer and retired from this position in 1990. He was recently employed by Frontier Communications in Middletown, N.Y. He married Gail Shaw in July 1980. He was an active member of the FOE Eagles, he volunteered for Sleepy Hollow recreation, as well as Boy Scout Troop 22 and the TNT baseball.

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Friar George Ribeiro, SA, a Franciscan Friar of the Atonement, died Tuesday, Jan. 27.
Ribeiro was born in Dobbs Ferry on Feb. 22, 1932. A wake service will be Thursday Jan. 29, at 7 p.m., and a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, Jan. 30, at 10 a.m., followed by interment in the Friars' Cemetery. All services are in the third-floor chapel, St. Pius X Building, Graymoor, Garrison, N.Y. Arrangements are by Dorsey-Carlone Funeral Home in Peekskill.

WESTPORT, Conn. -- Bradley S. Anschutz, husband of Hope (Robinson) Anschutz and longtime resident of Westport, died Friday, Jan. 23 in Norwalk Hospital. He was 93.
Anschutz was born June 10, 1921 in Ansonia, Conn. and was the son of Edward and Dorothy (Steele) Anschutz. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a 1950 graduate of Yale.
