Bridgeport's Bijou Theatre Ranked Among Most Beautiful Movie Theaters
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Bijou Theatre has been voted the 14th-most beautiful movie theater in the world, as ranked by the website Boredpanda.com. The rankings are determined by public votes. The Bijou Theatre is one of the oldest buildings in the country used as a movie house. It originally opened in 1909 and continued to run as a movie house until 1996.
