Runners Achieve Success At Scarsdale's 15K And 4 Mile Runs SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The Scarsdale 15K and 4 Mile Runs, conducted by the Scarsdale Parks & Recreation Department and co-sponsored by the Scarsdale Antiques Running Club, was Sunday, April 19.  The race began on Brewster Road, and continued through the Fox Meadow and Greenacres neighborhoods. It is the longest running race in Westchester County. The scholarship includes travel and living expenses.
