Runners Achieve Success At Scarsdale's 15K And 4 Mile Runs
SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The Scarsdale 15K and 4 Mile Runs, conducted by the Scarsdale Parks & Recreation Department and co-sponsored by the Scarsdale Antiques Running Club, was Sunday, April 19.
The race began on Brewster Road, and continued through the Fox Meadow and Greenacres neighborhoods. It is the longest running race in Westchester County. Awards were given to the first three finishers in male and female groups including 14 and under; 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80+.

New Rochelle's Iona College Features Guest Speaker Martin Blaser
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Iona College will host the Thomas G. Bullen, CFC, Ph.D., Lecture Series, featuring guest speaker Martin Blaser, Ph.D., at noon Thursday.
The free lecture will take place in the Christopher J. Murphy Auditorium. Blaser recently was recognized by Time magazine among its "100 Most Influential People."
