Jeremy Renaud, of Brooklyn, Conn., was arrested on Sunday by Connecticut State Police following an incident that took place on Sept. 4, in the Town of Killingly in which a teen, who entered a bathroom to change noticed a cell phone propped up with the video recorder running, state police said.
