Pennsylvania State Police are offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who can help them solve Naython Brown's murder. Brown, a 33-year-old Philadelphia resident, was shot once in the head near Exit 4 on Interstate 95 on Oct. 18, 2019. Troopers said he was traveling from Philadelphia to Chester when a rear tire on his Chevrolet Monte Carlo became deflated.
