16-Year-Old Killed, 18-Year-Old Wounded In Pennsylvania Double Shooting A 16-year-old boy was killed and an 18-year-old man was wounded in a double shooting in Pennsylvania on Saturday night, Oct. 3, police announced. Lancaster City Bureau of Police officers were called to the area of Duke and Locust streets at 7:55 p.m. for a reported shooting, according to the department. When officers arrived, they found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of the 400 block of South Duke Street, police said. The 16-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
