Woman Killed In Roxbury Crash ID'd, Driver Charged With Vehicular Homicide: Prosecutor Authorities have identified the victim killed in a Morris County passenger van crash as a 30-year-old Bergen County woman and charged the 33-year-old driver. Alexander Serrano, 33, also of East Rutherford, was driving the 2003 Chevy Express van when it struck a tree around 5:30 a.m. on Monday, April 28, at the intersection of Howard Boulevard and Ledgewood Road/Mt. RWU Student Dies Suddenly While Studying Abroad In Italy The Roger Williams University community is mourning the loss of a junior who died after suffering a medical emergency while studying abroad in Italy, the university announced. Paige Moreau, Class of 2026, was an architect student and was studying in Florence when she died on Friday, April 26, school officials said. Paige was deeply involved in campus life at RWU. Mystery Surrounds Body Found In Submerged Car Of NJ Retention Basin A body was pulled from a vehicle recovered from a retention basin in New Jersey over the weekend, authorities said. The Manalapan Township Police Department responded around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, after receiving a report of a vehicle submerged in the water off Comtois Road, according to Deputy Chief Michael Hoppock.
