Police Helicopter Tracks Driver, 44, Leading Slow-Speed Pursuit Through Baltimore: Cops A 44-year-old woman is facing charges after police say she was involved in a hit-and-run crash and then fled the scene then led a slow-speed pursuit in Baltimore County. Gina Flannelly was involved in the crash in Dundalk around 4:10 p.m. Thursday, April 11, county police said. Officers followed her vehicle until it reached Baltimore City at which point they coordinated with BPD to arrest Flannelly, police said. Driver In Road Rage Shooting Captured Moments Later On I-66: Police Police in Fairfax County have announced an arrest in a road rage shooting on I-66. Brian Fuentes Ruiz, 22, of Manassas, began closely following the victim's vehicle after they passed him on Compton Road near Centreville Road in Centreville, him around 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 13, county police said. Man Struck, Killed By Train In Bethesda Was Suicide: Wmata A pedestrian died by suicide in a train strike Sunday evening, April 14 in Bethesda, WMATA officials said. The unidentified man walked beyond the end gate a the North Bethesda station and intentionally placed himself in the path of the train at approximately 8 p.m., a spokesperson for the agency said. Emergency personnel responded, however, there were no signs of life and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. 3 Dead In Aberdeen Apartment Fire Three people perished in an early-morning Aberdeen fire Monday, April 15, officials confirmed. Crews responded to the scene on the unit block of Roosevelt Avenue around 5:30 a.m., where smoke was billowing from the second floor of an apartment, firefighters said. Crews found three victims, who were all pronounced dead on the scene. The Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal and Aberdeen Police are remaining on scene for investigative purposes. Please avoid the area, it is still a very active crime scene and heavy police presence in the area.

Shooting Victim Found Outside PA College: DA A 39-year-old man homicide victim was found near a college campus in Montgomery County Sunday, April 14, authorities said. Arrest Made In Stabbing Of 1-Year-Old Baby In Philadelphia Police have announced the arrest of a 28-year-old woman in connection with stabbing a 1-year-old baby in Philadelphia over the weekend. Takeira Hester was arrested approximately seven hours after she slashed a 1-year-old boy in the forearm at 300 South 18th Street on Saturday, April 13. Brooklyn Man Shot Dead At Irvington Home A 61-year-old Brooklyn, NY man was shot and killed overnight in Irvington, NJ, authorities said. Oliver A. Francis was shot at a home on Melville Place at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sunday, April 14, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Irvington Public Safety Director Tracy Bowers said. Plane Crashes, Overturns At Manassas Regional Airport A plane crashed and overturned Sunday evening, April 14 at a Virginia airport. State police said that a single-engine Cessna ran off of a runway at the Manassas Regional Airport, struck a culvert and overturned at 8:15 p.m. Neither the pilot nor the one other passenger were injured. The FAA and NTSB have been notified. The investigation remains ongoing.
