2 Alarm Barn Fire In Lancaster (Developing; Photos) A 2-alarm fire had multiple crews on the scene in Lancaster County late on Monday morning, authorities said. The fire broke out at a barn in the 3390 block of Blue Rock Road, Manor Township around 11:45 a.m., according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. Blue Rock Fire Rescue is the primary department at the scene although, Hellam Township and West Willow Fire Company responded to the scene. Central PA Man Crushed To Death By Tractor: Coroner An antique tractor crushed a Carlisle man to death on Saturday, authorities announced on Monday, July 17, 2023. Richard Anderson had rebuilt the antique tractor indoors, washed it, and pulled it outside in the 2600 Block of Walnut Bottom Road Penn Township, Carlisle on July 15, the coroner's release detailed. Shane Howe, 27, has been under investigation since the Quarryville police were called to a house in the 300 block of West Stanton Road on Dec. 2 2022, according to the police release.
