Multi-Vehicle Fires Closed I-81: PennDOT (Update; Photos) At least two vehicles caught fire on Interstate 81 in Central Pennsylvania on Thursday morning. The incident appears to have started when a tractor-trailer attempted to pull on the right shoulder on I-81 near Exit 37: Newville in Penn Township around 6:15 a.m. on Dec. 14, PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice. Man ID'd In Motorcycle Crash Into Teen's Pick-Up By York Rutter's (Update) A coroner and a helicopter were called to the scene of a deadly motorcycle crash in York on Wednesday, authorities told Daily Voice. Kevin D. Frazier, 64, of Fawn Grove was wearing his helmet while riding his 2022 Ducati Monster motorcycle when he fatally crashed, according to the Pennsylvania State Police. Sexually Violent Predator Charged With Raping Child In Lebanon County — Again A convicted child rapist who is on the Pennsylvania Sex Offender Registry has been charged again, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. Jonathan Michael Service is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old at a swimming pool and later raping that same girl at the Mount Wilson Church of the Brethren playground, located at 1261 Mount Wilson Road, in May, as detailed in the affidavit of probable cause.
