Crash On I-81 Near Shippensburg Leads To Delays In Dense Fog: PennDOT Traffic on Interstate 81 was already moving a bit slow due to the fog when a crash led to an additional slowdown on Thursday morning, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The multiple-vehicle crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-81, approximately .8 miles from Exit 29: PA 174 - King Street, near Shippensburg, according to PennDOT's 511PA. West Grove 18-Year-Old Killed In Fiery Crash Into Concrete Wall, Utility Pole: PA State Police An 18-year-old Chester County man has died in a fiery car crash, Pennsylvania State Police. Jason "JJ" Ruszin of West Grove was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 10:46 p.m. on Dec. 27, Trooper Michael Carter details in the release.
