Officer Heading To Scene Struck — Lights, Sirens Were On, Police Say A police vehicle had light and sirens engaged when it was struck on Tuesday morning, the Susquehanna Regional Police Department announced that same afternoon.  The officer was heading to assist a fellow patrolman when he was struck at 1195 River Road at the intersection with Route 772 East Donegal Township, the department detailed in the release.
