One Killed, Two Injured In Hudson Valley Shooting, Police Say A 27-year-old man was shot and killed and two others wounded during an early morning shooting in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Dutchess County in the city of Poughkeepsie around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18 at 386 Main St. Officers responding to a call of multiple shots fired found a Poughkeepsie resident shot multiple times, said Det. Woman Killed, Son Critically Injured After Massive Fire Breaks Out At Home In Hudson Valley A woman was killed and her 29-year-old son was critically injured during a house fire in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in East Hartford shortly after midnight on Thursday, June 16. Popular Walking Trail In New Canaan Reopens After Deer Attacks A popular Fairfield County walking trail has reopened after several walkers were attacked by deer. The incidents in New Canaan took place on the Greenlink Trail associated with the New Canaan Land Trust and were first reported on Thursday, June 9.
