She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Reward Offered For Arrest Of CT Man Wanted In Baby's Death, Dismemberment The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for the capture of a Connecticut man wanted for allegedly killing his 11-month-old daughter and dismembering her body. The homicide took place in New Haven County in the 100 Block of Millville Ave. in Naugatuck on Friday, Nov. 18. Man Threatens Delivery Driver With Axe In Residential CT Neighborhood, Police Say A Connecticut man is behind bars after allegedly threatening a delivery driver with an axe. The incident took place in Middlesex County around 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19 in the town of Durham. Long Island Man Busted With Heroin, Fentanyl During Warrant Search, Police Say A Long Island man was allegedly busted with a large stash of drugs during a warrant search following an investigation into drug sales. Mario Santo, age 27, of Hicksville was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 20 in Hicksville following the search by the Nassau County Police. Driver Crashes Into School District Administration Building In Hudson Valley An area driver was injured after crashing into a school district building and then a telephone pole. The incident took place in Ulster County around 1:15 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 20, on Route 208 in the town of Shawangunk. Stop Of Mercedes On Taconic Parkway Leads To Discovery Of Local Man With AK-47, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was allegedly nabbed with an AK-47 during a traffic stop. Woman Critically Injured After Being Struck By Van In Crosswalk Of Inwood Roadway A Long Island woman was seriously injured after being hit by an SUV while in a crosswalk, according to authorities. The crash took place in Inwood around 3:15 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16. According to Nassau County Police detectives, the 68-year-old woman was walking east on Bayview Avenue when she was struck in the crosswalk at Sheridan Boulevard by a man, age 73, driving a 2008 Toyota Sienna traveling southbound. 22-Year-Old Woman Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Minor In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley woman has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 13. Dutchess County resident Michelle Betley, age 22, of Hyde Park, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 17 for predatory sexual assault against a child, a felony, said Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police.
