New York Man Faces Drug Charges After Darien Traffic Stop DARIEN, CONN. -- A Mount Vernon, N.Y., man faces drug charges after a traffic stop in Darien, according to a report in the Darien Times. David Lewis, 25, was one of two passengers in a car pulled over by police on Post Road on Sunday, Jan. 10 after the driver ran a red light, according to the Darien Times story. Police told the Darien Times that an investigation uncovered baggies of marijuana in a backpack in the car’s trunk.
