It motivated the teenager to turn her attention to helping children facing a similar challenge. Targonski, 13 and an 8th-grader at Dolan Middle School, created “Caring with Grace.” The organization conducts events such as bake sales and art and crafts projects, and the proceeds are turned over to organizations that support children with cancer. Man Gets 4 Years In Prison For Distributing Heroin In Fatal Newtown OD NEWTOWN, Conn. -- A Waterbury man was sentenced Thursday to more than four years in prison for distributing the heroin that caused a woman in Newtown to suffer a fatal overdose last year, prosecutors said.      Ronald Weaver, 38, was sentenced to 52 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport. Newtown Police helped track down Weaver after a woman died of a suspected drug overdose last March.
