On Tuesday, Nov. 24, at around 7 a.m., the Vernon Police issued the alert for help locating Kiera Stratton-Cyr and William Gauthier. Alleged, Senior Citizen Drug-Dealers Charged With Trafficking Cocaine Police confiscated 350 grams of cocaine on Friday during the bust of alleged senior citizen drug dealers. On Friday, Nov. 20, officers from the Western Massachusetts Gang Task Force and Detectives from the Chicopee Police Department executed a search warrant at a Marshall Avenue residence. Arson: Fire Intentionally Set At Burlington Coat Factory The Arson and Bomb Squad have been called in to investigate a small fire at a Burlington retail store. On Sunday, firefighters were called to Burlington Coat Factory on Cooley Street in Springfield for a report of a fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported. In Routine Check, Parole Officer Allegedly Finds Drugs, Cash, Guns While conducting a routine check on a paroled individual, police allegedly discovered grams of hard drugs and stacks of cash. On Monday, Nov. 23, police reported the parolee check. Hartford Police said a convicted felon was allegedly had two loaded firearms - one of which was stolen - 430 bags of heroin/fentanyl, 11 grams of crack, and more than $9,400 in suspected profit from illegal drug sales. The individual was remanded to custody and no bond was provided, police said.

Missing Woman Found A woman who had been missing since October was recently located. On Monday, Nov. 23, around 10:20 a.m., Chicopee Police said that Michelle Abbott had been found. Before being located, Abbott had been missing since Oct. 25. No other information was available.
