Union Woman Killed In Summit Car Crash (Updated) A 51-year-old Union woman was killed in a one-car crash in Summit on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 13, police said. The crash occurred on Orchard Street and Harvard Street, police said. The unidentified woman was driving a 2005 white, four-door Toyota Camry at a high rate of speed when her vehicle struck a tree, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The cause of the accident is under investigation, police said.

Jersey City Man Gets 18 Years in Prison For Fatal Stabbing: Prosecutors Steven Bardsley, a 57-year-old Jersey City resident, was sentenced to 18 years in state prison on Friday, June 9 for fatally stabbing a man in the neck in July 2021, authorities said. On July 24, 2021, Jersey City Police responded to 151 Cambridge Ave. where they found Steven Bochman stabbed in the neck, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
