Elizabeth Man Busted With Heroin, Cocaine: Linden PD A 29-year old Elizabeth man was arrested and charged with possessing and distributing heroin, cocaine and oxycodone on Thursday, July 27, Linden police said. Sean Kelly was arrested after the Linden Police Narcotics Bureau executed a search warrant on the 1400 block of Union Street, police.  Kelly was charged with distribution of heroin and cocaine in the second degree and possession and distribution of heroin, oxycodone and cocaine in the third degree. Dump Truck Overturns On NJ Turnpike A dump truck overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike Thursday afternoon, July 27, according to 511nj.org.  The truck overturned on the inner and outer roadways on the Turnpike northbound near Interchange13A, the exit near Newark Liberty International Airport and Elizabeth at about 1:30 p.m., 511nj.org said. The accident caused two lanes to be blocked.
