United Water Warns Customers Of Possible Phone Scams
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- United Water is advising customers to beware of phone scams.
A few customers in Westchester County have notified the company that they received questionable calls from people who said they were United Water employees and requested payment for an overdue bill. The utility serves most of Rockland County. In Westchester, the company serves Ardsley, Bronxville, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on Hudson, New Rochelle, North Pelham, Pelham Manor, Port Chester, Rye, Rye Brook, and Tuckahoe.
