Witnesses originally believed that a bicyclist struck a group of people in Saddle River County Park, however, the incident was later confirmed to be a man having a seizure.  Ambulances were called to the area of Saddle River County Park's Saddle Brook duck pond at approximately 1:40 p.m. for the man suffering the medical episode and a woman who was injured when he went down, witnesses tell Daily Voice.
