Union County Dad Of 3, Lab Tech Jared Vassallo Dies, 33 Dedicated Union County dad of three and lab technician Jared Vassallo died on Sunday, Dec. 11 aged 33. Born in Livingston, Jared grew up in Westfield before moving to Newport, Rhode Island, and returning to Kenilworth, his obituary says. Jared graduated from the Union Catholic High School in Scotch Plains in 2007 and earned his plumbing certification at the Community College of Rhode Island. Dynamite, Hand Grenade, Machete, Other Weapons Found In Warren County Man’s Home: Prosecutor A Warren County man banned from owning weapons was found with a slew of firearms and explosives, including dynamite, a hand grenade, and a machete, authorities said. Warren County School Bus Crash Sends Woman To Hospital, State Police Say A Warren County crash involving a school bus and a Honda sent a woman to the hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 3, state police said. The bus collided with a Honda Accord on Brass Castle Road in White Township just before 3:55 p.m., Sgt. Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. The woman driving the Honda was extricated and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Goez said. The school bus driver and passenger were unharmed. The scene was cleared by around 5 p.m., Goez said. The crash remained under investigation. No further details were released.
