Beloved Morris County native and devoted mother of two Kristen Anna Strong White died on Saturday, Dec. 24 aged 39.
Kristen lived in Rochester, NY, at the time of her passing, but “always carried a torch for Mendham, NJ, her childhood home,” her obituary says.
Kristen was an artist and teacher with degrees from both Syracuse and St. John Fisher.
She was known for her adventurous spirit and creative soul that was always seeking new friendships and connections.

$250K Lottery Ticket Sold At Morris County QuickChek
Who’s the lucky winner? A Morris County lottery player is taking home a quarter of a million dollars.
A winning ticket for the Monday, Jan. 16 Pick-6 game was sold at the QuickChek on Rt. 206 in Chester, lottery officials said.
The player added the Double Play option for an extra dollar, skyrocketing their winnings to $250,000.
The winning numbers were 06, 14, 24, 30, 39, and 40.
The Pick-6 jackpot is now at $4.1 million for the next drawing to be held on Thursday, Jan. 19.
Both Drivers Ejected, Killed In Rt. 80 Rollover: Pennsylvania State Police
Both drivers were ejected and killed after their vehicles overturned several times on Route 80 in the Poconos Monday afternoon, state police confirmed.
Donn Innes, 68, was heading westbound when he collided with Jeffrey Bates, 31, after speeding off of the westbound lane near milepost 291.9 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, around 12:25 p.m., state police said in a press release.
Both vehicles veered off the right shoulder of the highway before overturning multiple times, ejecting Innes, of Weatherly, and Bates, of Danville.

Wesley F. Allen, Jr. of Warren County died on Tuesday, Jan. 10 at the age of 29.
Born in Phillipsburg, Wesley went to Warren Hills Regional High School, his obituary says. He had also attended Missionary Alliance Church.
Wesley was known for embracing hobbies matching his adventurous spirit like four-wheeling, motorcycling, and trucking. He also loved spending time with his family and working on the family farm.
