Man Admits To Fatal Shooting In Capital Region; Will Get 20 Years In Prison A 32-year-old Schenectady County man accused of a fatal shooting in October will plead guilty to the slaying and spend at least 20 years behind bars, police said.  Kevin Dingle, of Schenectady, was facing 12 felony charges in the case, including murder and tampering with eviidence among others, Schenectady County police said. Griswold Crash Leaves Massachusetts Trucker Dead A 42-year-old Middlesex County, Massachusetts, man died after crashing his truck down an embankment along I-395 in Connecticut. Tim Murray, of Ashby, crashed his Freightliner truck in Griswold, New London County between Exit 24 and 28 around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8 Construction had closed the southbound right-hand lane of the highway. As Murray merged into the left lane, his 2019 Freightliner hit a guardrail. Murray corrected the truck but not before striking another section of the guardrail.  The truck tumbled down an embankment.
