Stamford's Westhill HS Faculty Honors Memorial Day With Fundraiser
STAMFORD, Conn. -- Westhill High School honored Memorial Day, and the men and women who have died defending this country, by raising funds for military veterans and their families.
On May 21, more than 40 members of the Westhill faculty raised more than $250 for the 2015 “Jeans For Troops” fundraising drive benefiting the GI Go Fund, a nonprofit organization that helps veterans returning home find employment, go to college, access their health care and financial benefits, and link to housing.

Norwalk Housing Authority Recognized By Harvard For Innovation
NORWALK, Conn. -- The Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, recognized the Norwalk Housing Foundation’s College Scholarship Program as a Top 25 program in this year’s Innovations in American Government Awards competition.
