Couple Is Charged In Putnam Valley With Endangering Welfare Of Child
PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Dutchess County couple, accused of having a physical dispute at a Putnam Valley residence in the presence of a child, has been arrested, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
Deputy Sheriffs Robert Detlefs and Matthew Monroe responded to a 911 report of a verbal and physical dispute involving multiple suspects around 9:30 p.m. on May 10 in the Town of Putnam Valley, police said.

Murphy To Speak At Ridgefield League Of Women Voters' Luncheon
RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy will be speaking at a Ridgefield League of Women Voters' Luncheon Wednesday, May 27.
