North Jersey father and insurance professional Jason Luyt died on Dec. 19, 2025, leaving behind his wife and two teenage sons, according to an obituary published by Paul Ippolito Memorial Home.
Luyt is survived by his wife, Nenette; his sons, Connor, 15, and Tyler, 14; his father, Anthony; and his brother, James, according to the obituary. He was predeceased by his mother, Linda. A GoFundMe created by Rebecca Stokes to support Connor’s and Tyler’s education had raised more than $28,000 as of Saturday, Jan. 3.
