'Dangerous' South Jersey Fugitive Nabbed After Assaulting US Marshals In Philadelphia
A "dangerous fugitive" who assaulted police officers in Burlington County and then U.S. Marshals in Philadelphia has been arrested, authorities said. On Thursday Evesham Township police learned that that a 27-year-old suspect wanted in an assault on two patrol offiers, Archi T. Toe, was staying in a hotel in Philadelphia, police said. Investigators contacted the U.S. Marshalls Violent Fugitive Task Force, who conducted surveillance on the hotel and located the suspect fugitive in the lobby. US Marshals Nab Fugitive Wanted In 2013 Slaying Of Atlantic City Man
US Marshals helped capture an Atlantic City fugitive wanted in a fatal shooting from 2013, authorities said. Abdul Bailey, 2, was nabbed in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, less than a week after Atlantic County's prosecutor made a public appeal for help locating the murder suspect. Authorities warned anyone who had seen Abdul Bailey not to approach him: "Place yourself in a safe situation and notify local law enforcement as soon as possible," Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Police are on the lookout for a Connecticut fugitive who allegedly cut off his ankle monitor bracelet and is likely to have fled to New York. The Connecticut State Police Eastern District Major Crime Squad at Troop E in Montville say Fernando Irizzary, 42, of Willimantic has an active and extraditable felony arrest warrant with charges for first-degree failure to appear. Hawthorne police recovered a stolen car while capturing a fugitive wanted out of New York City. An officer initially pulled over the 2017 Audi A4 on Lafayette Avenue near Wagaraw Road on Thursday.
